ajo88 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions bear the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ajo88 strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age at any point. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment source where practicable.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by Applicable Law. Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia represent and warrant that they do so entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative, and that they have independently satisfied themselves as to the legal position in their location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their financial transactions are not eligible to hold an Account.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with ajo88 or any affiliated gaming operator. Attempting to register a new account while under an active self-exclusion constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one Account at any given time. Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using third-party details — is strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change. Providing false registration information constitutes immediate grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance held at the time of discovery.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ajo88 operates a KYC verification program in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. Members will be required to submit identity documents — which may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — prior to processing any withdrawal request or upon reaching internal deposit thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in Account suspension.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain exactly one Account. ajo88 uses technical and operational methods to identify duplicate accounts across shared devices, IP addresses, banking details, and registered identity information. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ajo88 reserves the right to close all but the oldest registered account and to void any wagers or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes linked to your Account.

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, whether a friend, family member, or purported ajo88 representative. ajo88 personnel will never ask for your password.
• You must notify ajo88 support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
• ajo88 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication from within your Account settings. This is the single most effective step available to prevent unauthorised access.
• ajo88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions or where you have voluntarily shared your credentials with a third party.
• Any activity conducted via your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — is presumed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified ajo88 of a security compromise prior to that activity occurring.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ajo88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ajo88 does not impose transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through any of these channels.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by ajo88's payment processing system. ajo88 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within three minutes during normal operating conditions. ajo88 may apply extended processing times for unusually large withdrawal amounts or where additional security verification is required. All withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the Account holder's verified identity.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your ajo88 Account, you represent and warrant that the funds originate from a lawful source and that you are the sole beneficial owner of the funds. ajo88 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any point and to suspend withdrawals pending receipt and review of that evidence.

ajo88 offers promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real-money funds. The specific turnover multiplier and eligible game contributions for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's dedicated terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only as defined in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household address, per registered payment method, and per shared device.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be forfeited without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: ajo88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Member has exploited promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose — including through arbitrage, abuse of multiple accounts, use of software-assisted betting strategies, or collusion.
• Withdrawal of Bonus: ajo88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Member's Account. Once credited, the offer is governed by the terms under which it was issued.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published separately on the relevant section of the Platform:

• Wagers are only accepted when the Member has a sufficient real-money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds to cover the total stake. Bets placed in excess of available Balance will be rejected.
• Once accepted and confirmed, a Wager is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. ajo88 may void a Wager at its discretion where it was accepted due to a manifest error in pricing, technical malfunction, or feed data error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all markets and games. Current limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at ajo88's discretion at any time.
• Winnings from settled Wagers are credited to the Member's Account Balance within the timeframe specified for the relevant game or market. For most sportsbook markets, settlement occurs within minutes of the relevant event concluding.
• ajo88 reserves the right to limit or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion, including for Members identified as consistently placing high-value winning bets on markets where ajo88 considers its exposure to be excessive.
• Results published by the relevant sporting authority or game server are final for settlement purposes. ajo88 is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data feeds that may temporarily display incorrect scores or statistics.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Depositing funds originating from stolen payment instruments or unauthorised account access;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software to generate profit;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are placed;
• Sharing Account credentials with, or placing bets on behalf of, any third party;
• Colluding with other Members at live poker or other multiplayer tables;
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or interferes with other Members' use of the Platform.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to the ajo88 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, software code, game interfaces, graphical assets, odds data, statistical compilations, and editorial content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ajo88 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights legislation.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any Platform component;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design;
• Using the ajo88 brand or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ajo88 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or ajo88 had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any nature;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical malfunction, or third-party service interruption;
• Losses arising from any reliance placed on odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be incorrect due to feed errors.

ajo88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals processed during that same period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ajo88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

ajo88 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides all Members with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from within Account settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you may sustain over a specified period before further wagering is blocked.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a pre-set session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and bar re-registration for a minimum period of five years.

ajo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Member's bank;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or request from a law enforcement authority;
• Prolonged Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Upon Account termination, ajo88 will process a withdrawal of any verified real-money Balance to the Member's registered payment method, provided the Balance does not represent funds under investigation for fraud or prohibited conduct. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances. Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ajo88 support via live chat.

ajo88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on the Platform at login or by email to the registered address, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Member rights) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact ajo88 support to request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law as applied in the jurisdiction of the Platform's operator. ajo88 operates under an international gaming licence and maintains compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and ajo88 relating to these Terms or any aspect of your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact ajo88 support via live chat and describe your complaint in detail. The support team is empowered to resolve the majority of disputes at first contact.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved at first contact, submit a formal written complaint by email to [email protected]. ajo88 undertakes to provide a substantive written response within 10 business days of receipt.
3. Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution process available under ajo88's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where delay would cause irreparable harm.
